Founded in 2020 by Jennifer Millard to offer a professional, experienced, and qualified service to local Land, Property and Almshouse charities. Millard Consultants now manages, on a retained basis, a significant worth of estates for local charities.

We bring together a wealth of property management, estate management and charity governance experience to offer this unique service. We are members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, qualified Local Council Clerk, have significant trustee experience and have completed a Charity Law and Governance course.
